🛍️ Orders & Products
How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose the correct size or bundle, and click “Add to Cart.” You can check out securely using any major debit or credit card.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before checking out, as all sales are final.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes! Popular items are restocked regularly. You can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to get an alert when it’s back in stock.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days depending on location.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping rates are $15 and express is $25. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia — but we’re working on expanding international delivery soon.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes.
What’s included in the Bundles & Starter Packs?
Each pack includes everything your child needs to start — typically a uniform (jersey and shorts), basketball, and training accessories. Full details are listed on each product page.
Are your products the same ones used at Little Boomers Basketball classes?
Yes! All items are official Little Boomers Basketball gear — the same ones used in our programs nationwide.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or incorrect selections.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact shop@littleboomersbasketball.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
💳 Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I use my Active Kids Voucher here?
Active Kids Vouchers apply to term enrolments, not online merchandise. All Pro Shop purchases are processed separately.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?
Occasionally! Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to get early access to special deals and new releases.
